Possible reasons.
He seems to concentrate on State and Local races only, instead of National, State, and Local, like George Soros does.
He also doesn’t seem to concentrate on all of them, just the four listed right now.
He married into his money, unlike George Soros, who earned and created his.
He’s also something relatively new, an African-American Socialist - Communist, so we have little previous experience examining and commenting on the likes of him.

The difference is this African-American Socialist - Communist doesn't try to hide his real feelings like other poseurs.
