That doesn't sound "directed" to me, as the title of the article suggests.
Of course what the Slimes did was at the same low level of integrity that one expects from them...but was it illegal?
I sense some Pennsylvania Avenue street drama in the making. This will unfold.
Oh say does that star spangled banner yet wave, o’er land of the free, and the home of the brave.
“Apparently, Trump suspects it is fake news and is putting the NYT in a box where they have to try and prove its not.
Either way, Trump wins, because the only way the NYT can prove it is a leak is by revealing who the leaker is.”
I disagree. The NYT doesn’t have to prove anything. Unfairly or not, it’s now up to President Trump to find the source and deal with him or her accordingly or to provide proof that the Op-Ed was a fabrication.
Sessions needs to follow orders from President Trump.
“That doesn’t sound “directed” to me, as the title of the article suggests.”
Good point. We are not privy to the actual directives and orders Trump gives to his cabinet chiefs.
Things Trump says on Twitter, or to reporters on Air Force One, or even in a televised cabinet meeting - while they may be interesting - they are not orders!
Anyone who has ever worked for anyone knows that official orders, assignments and directives are the ones given behind closed doors during a one-on-one meeting with the boss.
Anything said in team meetings, committee meetings, or in public, is for show.
>>Sessions probably wrote it.<<
That remark made me laugh out loud. But on second thought, it wouldn’t surprise me to find out he did write it, he’s such a cowardly, backstabbing POS.
>> He works for you!<<
No, he’s never worked for the POTUS. He works exclusively for the Deep State and, like all puppets, he doesn’t move until they pull his strings.
>>As for Sessions, he appears to have no useful purpose.<<
He’s serving an extremely useful purpose for the enemies of the President by making it impossible for him and for our country to have an Attorney General.
