‘Disorderly conduct’ a charge that might apply (or some equivalent??) Probably a misdemeanor at most ?

BUT If they are being paid to be disruptive, is that NOW moved into ‘conspiracy to commit a crime’ which starts moving up to FELONY (and if across state lines ...)

The leftists are moving into dangerous territory for themselves where the sane public may decide that such criminal activity too much threatens the public good and those responsibly made to pay an appropriate penalty.

Interesting historical trivia that relates to your comment. In California during the 60’s there was a lot of law enforcement frustration over the fact that most of the protestor violations were misdemeanors. Prosecutors then noted that while the violation was a misdemeanor, conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor was a felony.
