On Thursday Harris grilled Judge Brett Kavanaugh for 7 minutes on Robert Mueller and the law firm Kasowitz Benson Torres law firm. Kamla Harris wanted to know if Judge Kavanaugh ever spoke with someone at Kasowitz Benson Torres law firm or anyone at the firm about the Mueller special counsel.
Kasowitz Benson and Torres hires 350 lawyers and has offices in several states.
After being asked about Bob Mueller Kavanaugh replied, “You ask if I ever had a discussion about Bob Mueller, I used to work in the administration with Bob Mueller.”

Based on what Judge Kavanaugh wrote there is no such thing as "settled law". Anything could be overturned by a future court - Roe v. Wade, Brown v. Board of Education, anything.
Is Avenatti saying that Harris will whip out some pinhead that works for Kasowitz’s law firm who will say that Kavanaugh spoke to him once about Mueller, therefore Kavanaugh can’t possible be on the Supreme Court? They want to maneuver Kavanaugh into recusing himself from impeachment-related cases. I think they are underestimating the nominee — he isn’t falling for the Session’s Trap.
