The whole Huber thing is a joke to divert the uninformed, since he doesn’t even have jurisdiction to impanel a grand jury, because the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution requires any individual accused of a Federal crime to be tried, “by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed[.]” All the serious crimes we know of in this situation were committed in either the DC area or the NYC area, meaning a grand jury with power to investigate and indict needs to come from one or both of those areas.
