I hired a recognized expert in anonymous notes. Paid him $4000 plus airfare to Cincinnati to suss it out. All he did was have small groups at the company listen to the note read out loud and name the person who i real life sounded like the note (this was done by secret ballot). 35 employees later, one employee had 13 votes.
