How do we know he’s a he?
Sarah specifically said "he" and she is usually quite precise in her choice of words.

IMHO that makes it highly likely that she knows the identity of the author.

On FBN last hour, one of the talking heads said the Times specifically said it is a man.
He is a she...and She is a he..........
