There is a very well known National Academy of Sciences Study, . This study debunks your view that there is anything reliable about polygraphy.
In particular honest people should object most strongly because of the very high false positives (e.g. findings of deception when there is none). So, plygraphy 5,000 potential suspects and you will get 200 failed polygraphs. Out of that you have to locate the guilty party, which assumes that the guilty party was polygraphed and that he also failed the polygraph.
What you are calling for is the witch hunt of all witch hunts.
Smart informed people ought to know better.

Appears that the person getting paid by the Executive Branch of the US gov’t conspired against a sitting POTUS and then bragged that it was ongoing to the NYT.

Why is all the “substantial” crap anonymous in nature? For all we know, they had a contest for some of their staff to write letters as they thought might sound like some traitors were really patriots, but afraid to say what they believe in public.....you can bet that even if such a person had existed in the Obama debacle, they would have never printed it and would have used the pious explanation that if it was anonymous, it was hearsay...

4. On 11/1/16, Robert received a phone call from a well placed source. He was informed that there were three “spies” planted inside the campaign. One was Stefan Halper, one was an individual inside of Trumps IT department with the initials CS, and yet another has not been named.
5. Robert flew up to NY to meet with a high ranking member of the Trump team and inform them of what was happening. We are now learning from these gentleman, that Trump was aware of Stefan Halper and others as early as a week BEFORE his election.
6. At the time, Robert and Joshua were working on election related projects, and Robert stopped that work to visit with the Trump team. The fact that there was someone in IT working for the black hats may explain this:
