When one “crashes” a Senate Hearing at the Capitol that means one of two things:
1) He was invited to “crash” it by someone in the Senate (i.e. Chuckie Schumer at the Kavanaugh hearings) 2) He is leaving in handcuffs
He was outside the hearing.
