I would imagine he was ‘lecturing’ the rude SOBs that did everything in their power to disrupt the hearings today.

The cowards sent a Black Woman to interrupt BEFORE the intro was presented, then a Black Male to further it along - doesn’t take a genius to figure out that using the two Blacks in this manner makes it virtually impossible to chastise them without getting charged with racism.

The first outbreak from them should have resulted in ALL getting thrown out - may not be ‘fair’ BUT if all get bounced they may sort of police themselves if there is a next time.
