Nikes stock can be $2 a share just like Penny's.
Unbelievable.
#16. At least the Edsel Ford ran fast and didn’t fumble, and could carry about 7 girls plus a driver (I did 8 with a 1957 Chevy 210, four door).
Yes. And the corporate mentaility is as liberal as you would expect.
"I knew a person" as they say who had a masters in women's studies who did some contract work for them, then got a very, very generous offer from them in a full time salaried position; enough to uproot her husband in the Midwest and haul them both out to the land of "progressives".
Considering the shit working conditions their subcontractors have in SE Asia ...... I guess if the price is high enough? Their corporate double speak is phenomenal.. and this decision will come back to bite them in the butt. I'm waiting to see the piles of Nike shoes being torched in protest of this stupid decision on Farcebook and Twitter.
Tillman was a man’s man..............
I can’t get my head around all these people connected to competitive, hierarchical sport aligning themselves with anti-competitive, anti-hierarchical far left nutters!

I have never owned a Nike product, and I doubt that I ever will.
Generally speaking, I would prefer to pay for just the product, rather than the product plus additional money to cover endorsements by people I don’t give a rat’s ass about.

If you cant quite remember the face, look up Marshall Applewhite and Heavens Gate.
If you own a Nike product, just set it on fire.
P.S. Short the stock!
It’s only a suicide watch if their institutional investors care about the bottom line.
Small investors, however, are about to be screwed.
Paging the SEC....
Don’t burn them. Donate any in good condition to the Salvation Army. FWIW, I think the sight of them filling the shelves at the SA’s charity shops will do more harm to the brand.
These marketing people had to have done some research from their customers. Clearly we are not in their demographic.
Ive always found their clothes made for skinny little soccer player bodies. Their shoes are too narrow. Their shirts are made for people with 42 in chests and 29 inch waists. Clearly, I am not in their physical demographic.
I have no problem not buying something I havent bought.
It is a shame that theyve gone from representing excellence in athletic performance, to pop culture. This will ultimately hurt them. They will alienate a great chunk of their customer base by picking a political figure AND a shitty QB.
Thats hilarious. This whole meme is going to be fun.
