Well, they would just be doing what their soul mates in the former Soviet Union did to those who did not tow the party line.
There’s a great body of reference work about the use/abuse of psychiatry in handling of dissenters in the Soviet Union...
Basically, if you dissent, if you don’t agree with the party/us, you are by definition insane...
And away you go, into an asylum or the Gulag system...
