That was Stalin’s favorite tactic for dealing with political opponents. Call them crazy and execute them.
Dean is an unethical doctor since he thinks he can diagnose person without actually meeting with them.
Let’s play, “Pick the Narcissist Loon”:
President A was obsessed with “selfies”. His discourse consisted of “I” and “me” plus a few verbs. Everything was about his “legacy,” which consisted of fostering dependency, exporting jobs, and importing dependent foreigners. He hates his adopted country, and promoted the idea he was really from an African country, because being an American would diminish him. Lazy, with no work ethic, but found time for golfing and rising girls’ bikes.
President B loves his country and works constantly to make it better. His agenda is to restructure the US economy to grow jobs for normal people and restore middle class civilization, partially by negotiating trade agreements with US interests in mind — rather than favoring a globalist investor elite. He likes women who are much better looking than he is. He says what he thinks, rather than a bunch of cautious or contrived pap.
It’s a tough call...

Is Dr Dean a psychologist or psychiatrist? If not his diagnoses is an out of context grandiose delusion. He should seek therapy immediately.
