...is this where marriage is defined as a union between one man and one woman? How will that work in the US with its newly found, 200+ year dormant constitutional right regarding marriage?
The founding fathers never imagined that there would ever be other than one man, one woman marriage. They didn’t even seriously consider divorce as normal. There were slight concerns about polygamy but rampant homosexuality was considered so beyond the pale that it was not an issue.
