The Swamp’s Council of War started the moment Trump announced his candidacy.
It was more like a display that the Nazi elite did while in Hitler’s bunker at the end of the war in Europe while the conquering Allied armies were closing in on them. A last defiant act before they were annihilated.
And like everything McCain was ever involved with it was a complete and total failure.
