CALGARY The federal government has vowed to build the Trans Mountain expansion project despite a major setback Thursday from a Federal Court of Appeal decision overturning the pipelines construction permits.
Appeals Court judge Eleanor Dawson ruled Thursday that the federal government did not carry out its duty to consult with affected First Nations on the project and that the National Energy Boards report was flawed because it did not consider the issue of tanker traffic.
She described the consultation process as insufficient in part because it was missing a genuine and sustained effort to pursue meaningful, two-way dialogue.
Now, the project will need to undertake new reviews if it is to move forward.

Truedope spent 5 billion buying the rights to a pipeline that he is not allowed to build !
If a mountain wants to identify as trans, who are we to judge?
Now I am thoroughly confused. Is a trans mountain pipeline a valley pipeline that identifies as a mountain pipeline?

Exactly what he wanted ,make friends rich and stop building it
Well, CanaDUH did the right thing. Does Justine of the falling eyebrow know of this?
Ok, lets think about this TransMountain pipeline for a minute. Is this a pipeline that was born a pit and then decided it needed to dress like a pipeline? Or is it a valley pipeline that wanted a surgeon to make it a mountain pipeline. Everything is so confusing these days.
Trans Mountain?
It’s a freaking flat prairie! It only imagines that it’s a mountain...
When I was a kid I read National Lampoon.
One article touched on the pipeline going into New York from middle America that provided NY with a constant supply of whores, to feed their demand.
You just reminded me of that.
Is National Lampoon mag still around? I don’t how they could survive today when the actual news is as equally absurd as anything they could write.
Will this be followed by a Gender-fluid mountain pipeline?
