The filing was spotted by Washington, D.C.-based journalist Gabe Schneider, who shared it on Twitter Wednesday afternoon.

As for I/O fires, try ordering them "extra crispy".
I am not a big fan of the food police, most particularly Mommy Government and her Enemies Domestic bureaucrats.
I am holding out for McD's French Fries of 50 years ago.
As much as I can manage to feel sorry for the genetic misfits, Not all human organisms are negatively affected and I reject blackmail by the least common denominator nature-reject whiners.
I know Waco has one.
Makes me pine for Carl's Jr.'s California Roast Beef Sandwich.
I love In-N-Out burgers, they’re one of the few things I miss about CA...
I hope In-N-Out expands nationwide!
Back when they used fresh potatoes and peeled them on location.
I'm still partial to Frisch's Big Boy from my days growing up in Cincinnati.
“$25,000 is not a bunch of money in politics.”
The owners of In-and-Out are LOADED, so they could give $25M and still only lose a day or two of interest on their savings.
The BEST OPTION now, for them, is to say that EVERY public protest, at EVERY outlet, EVERY day, that is reported to them, results in yet ANOTHER $25,000 to the California (or other) Republican Parties.
Have some fun with this...and just watch the Left melt down.
I have the same problem with Chick-Fil-A, and as much as I would like to patronize CFA, I literally can't. I've tried several times.
An alternative sauce might be called for, or the seasoning or herb that causes the awful taste for me.
Get a Double Double with Grilled Onions.
It will satisfy your cravings.
Keep what up?
Can your comment be more obscure?
I bet you're female.
Once you go The Shack, you always go back.
Tommys at 4 AM or 4 PM, makes no difference.
Used to work Midnight Shift in Downtown LA and we would get off Work and head to Tommys at 8 in the Morning.
That’s when we didn’t go to Phillippe’s or The Original Pantry for Breakfast.
Yes, we had Elias Brothers Big Boy, and
they were all over the place too.
When will they open in Oklahoma?
Yah, but we didn’t have those greek joints back in the sticks near mikey moron’s hometown. We didn’t even have KFC, but we did have “Maryland Fried Chicken”. It was tasty.
Going to Flint for dinner out was a treat back then. Huzzah.
We once showed up at Tommy’s in tuxedos after a prom.
A friend of mine brought a group of German HD bikers to Tommy’s once back in ‘79 after picking them up at the airport. He ordered chili cheeseburgers.
The Germans said they thought they were going to vomit.
Mrs. Chandler and I stopped adding cheese to our burgers. It was in the interest of reducing calories but we were pleasantly surprised to find we enjoy our burgers more without cheese. You can taste the beef!
Even though we have a Tommys close to us is South OC, the Burgers you get at the original location in LA just taste better, especially the ones you get at the Shack.
The ones they make across the Parking Lot, no Bueno.
Could just be my imagination though. #;^)
I have to get tires on my car tomorrow. I will go to the Carson Valley In N Out for lunch.
