Palin was loyal and defended McCain.

Sarah Palin is the true patriot that wanted to serve her country. She knew whatJM was and I’m sure coming back to DC for the McCain love fest was not something she would want to do. As a Christian, it’s so sad. I want to lay aside the past, pray that he rests in peace, and move on. Yet he insists on being such a hateful old bastard, even post mortem. This is so unjust and gratuitously unkind. Palin has never been anything but loyal. Plus the stated reason, as the other commenters have noted, is both inaccurate and just stupid
