No, Africa needs those absurd borders drawn by Europeans erased and replaced with borders that reflect the various old states and kingdoms that once existed there (which was supposed to have been the plan), and maybe then you may get continent where natural federations could develop based on mutual benefit, instead of these constructs where one group is always trying to game a weaker one for power and wealth.
