Russia telegraphed another Syrian intention to use chemical weapon a few days ago because of their plan to go after rebel units in Idlib. They use chemical weapons to try to scare the remaining rebels into quitting.

I am hoping the Russian special forces and their sources are able to find and preempt this planned false flag but imagine the enormous difficulty...
