well hell China owns half our ports, what’s peppering the sea with mines..easy pickins..america is asleep..any competent general would easily import an army to the USA
When I was a kid I distinctly remember mines of this shape behind a fence in Seal Beach CA, stacked very high, pyramid-like.
Of course, China owns that land now.
