A good plan would be to wait until after the midterms, and then start firing people in the State Department until he finds one that will defend the Constitution. The DOJ can then start investigations on corrupt Senators, and others trying to overturn a legitimate election.

If necessary, it can do its work concurrently with any impeachment hearings. We can see who can work faster.

Wait until the 115th Congress is forced to adjourn sine die, then fire Sessions and recess appoint a replacement before the start of the 116th Congress. That person will be good for a year.
