In recent Testimony of District Attorney John M. Morganelli before the House Subcommittee on immigration, Border, Security and Claims he stated:

“Unfortunately, the majority of illegal aliens who are here are engaged in criminal activity. Identity theft, use of fraudulent social security numbers and green cards, tax evasion, driving without licenses represent some of the crimes that are engaged in by the majority of illegal aliens on a daily basis merely to maintain and hide their illegal status.

In addition, violent crime and drug distribution and possession is also prevalent among illegal aliens. Over 25% of today’s federal prison population are illegal aliens. In some areas of the country, 12% of felonies, 25% of burglaries and 34% of thefts are committed by illegal aliens.”

•In Los Angeles, 95% of some 1,500 outstanding warrants for homicides are for illegal aliens. About 67% of the 17,000 outstanding fugitive felony warrants are for illegal aliens.

•There are currently over 400,000 unaccounted for illegal alien criminals with outstanding deportation orders. At least one fourth of these are hard core criminals.

•80,000 to 100,000 illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes are walking the streets. Based on studies they will commit an average of 13 serious crimes per perpetrator.

•Illegal aliens are involved in criminal activities at a rate that is 2-5 times their representative proportion of the population.

•In 1980, our Federal and state facilities held fewer than 9,000 criminal aliens but at the end of 2003, approximately 267,000 illegal aliens were incarcerated in U.S. correctional facilities at a cost of about $6.8 billion per year.

•At least 4.5 million pounds of cocaine with a street value of at least $72 billion is smuggled across the southern border every year. ..

•56% of illegal aliens charged with a reentry offense had previously been convicted on at least 5 prior occasions.

•Illegal aliens charged with unlawful reentry had the most extensive criminal histories. 90% had been previously arrested. Of those with a prior arrest, 50% had been arrested for violent or drug-related felonies.

•Illegal aliens commit between 700,000 to 1,289,000 or more crimes per year.

•Illegal aliens commit at least 2,158 murders each year – a number that represents three times greater participation than their proportion of the population.

•Illegal alien sexual predators commit an estimated 130,909 sexual crimes each year.

•There may be as many as 240,000 illegal alien sex offenders circulating throughout America. Based on studies, they will commit an average of 8 sex crimes per perpetrator before being caught.

•Nearly 63% of illegal alien sex offenders had been deported on another offense prior to committing the sex crime.

•Only 2% of the illegal alien sex offenders in one study had no history of criminal behavior, beyond crossing the border illegally.

•In Operation Predator, ICE arrested and deported 6,085 illegal alien pedophiles. Some studies suggest each pedophile molests average of 148 children. If so, that could be as many as 900,580 victims.

•Nobody knows how big the Sex Slave problem is but it is enormous.

•The very brutal MS-13 gang has over 15,000 members and associates in at least 115 different cliques in 33 states.

•The overall financial impact of illegal alien crimes is estimated at between $14.4 and $81 billion or more per year. Factor in the crime as a result of the cocaine and other drugs being smuggled in and the number may reach $150 billion per year.

Mollie was a college student who was attacked by an illegal alien, murdered, and left in a corn field.

You won't meet her at the corner store, the college she attended, or the church where she grew up. Mollie no longer exists, except in our memories.

Mollie was one more victim that should never have been one. The person who viciously murdered her, was not supposed to be in our nation.

Not even a few days had passed, before Leftists were once again making the usual excuses, like a fifth grade boy claiming everyone else in his class had permission to go, or owned something he wanted. Why couldn't he? And now why couldn't our Leftists have what they wanted. It is so unfair! Why did we have to make a big deal out of illegal immigrants being in our nation.

Maybe Mollie could tell us if she was alive. Tragically, Mollie isn't alive, and she isn't the only one either.

She didn't live in Texas, but I have chosen to look at Texas for a small study I wanted to conduct. Here is what Mollie might have told us, if she hadn't been silenced like so many others.

In Texas there are nearly 3 murders for every 100,000 illegal immigrants in that state. This is a figure developed from 2015 crime statistics for the state. LINK

Looking at the population of illegal immigrants in Texas from 2014, we find that 1,470,000 of them were in the state. LINK

Since there were 14.7 100,000 segments in Texas in 2014, we can estimate rather accurately there were roughly 43 illegal aliens convicted of murder in Texas in 2015. Another way to look at it, would be to expect there to be roughly 430 missing Texans over the next decade, at the hands of illegal immigrants.

If these rates are the same nationally, and I don't see why they would vary that much, we could expect there to have been close to 110 murders by illegal aliens in 2015. (we'll even use that 11 million figure so often bandied about hillariously) This means that in ten years we should expect to have about 3,218 U. S. Citizens snuffed by the dear folks who only do the jobs American don't want to.

One might expect Millie to seek to save the 3,217 others besides herself that would be killed nationally. I suppose that would be racist though. It would be so unfair.

We are told that crime stats for illegals are actually better, showing they actually commit less crime than citizens per capita, but then there is that sticky little factoid that none of those 3,218 murdered people would be dead, if the illegal aliens were not here.

The Leftists and other bleeding hearts are hoping you won't take notice that they are willing to sacrifice 3,218 of people's loved ones to get their way over the next decade.

No, they won't line them up in front of a ditch and shoot them all at once, then bury them there, as other Leftist demagogues have done over the last century. They'll let the illegals pick them off by one, having their twisted fun as some innocent woman has the life snuffed out of her, or some other victim dies at the hands of a person who should not belong here according to Article Four Section IV of the U. S. Constitution.

Perhaps this is one more reason why the Leftists want our U. S. Constitution tossed out.

Perhaps it's the 825,000 crimes of all types that will be committed by illegal aliens over the next decade, that they want them to get away with. Perhaps it's the 55,000 cases of Larceny that will take place at their hands that they will want them to get away with.

All I know, is that people as important as Mollie was to her family, will be dying.

They will be dying, because nobody will protect them from having to die.

We will have have learned nothing more from Mollie dying
than we did when Kathryn Steinle was murdered.

Life will go on for those who don't give a rat's ass.

For those who do after their sons and daughters are dead, the Left has something they want to say to you.
