They didn’t do anything because Obama and others were regularly emailing her on that server, so because Obama was complicit in a felony they did nothing.
The Chinese were likely laughing all the time - rolling in stitches when the finger was pointed at the Russians ... Feinstein’s Chinese spy driver was surely in on the whole matter and corroborating various bits from what he learned from Diane.
