Judge backs Arizona's 'ballot harvesting' ban

PHOENIX — A federal judge has rejected a bid by a Democrat activist to void a 2016 law that makes “ballot harvesting” illegal and to allow the practice to resume for Tuesday’s primary.

Of course, Democrats will continue to do this illegally but now when it's pointed out it looks worse.

This law should be in every state. It is one of the main tools used by the democrats to cheat.

Definition - Ballot Harvesting: A process where non-family, non-caregivers can collect voters’ completed absentee ballots and submit them to election officials.

The law here requires that anyone requesting assistance at the poll booth do so with a sign-off sheet. As judge if elections, it is my job to ensure there is no coercion involved, usually appointing a member of our board of the opposite party to witness while the assistance being given.

It is sound practice and cannot be done with 'ballot harvesting' off site.
