Trump violated the U.S.Constitution
.
Courts have no authority in this matter.
.
Democracy = judicial fiat from unelected left wing judge
“Democracy” wins lol
Good grief these idiots are so ignorant
A bloated, unionized, forced dues paying bureaucracy is the farthermost thing from a “democracy”
They will be stomped on appeal. This is so great. McConnel has pissed around on our judges. We have more that 100 appointed federal judges that we could do in 1 day but he is a deep state rino and thinks Trump’s election can be over turned. h\He needs hell in his ear!!
I don’t inderstand this. It can’t come on a sunday. SO when did this happen? And what order are they arguing about?
Another one that shouldn’t even be a secretary and Obama makes her a Judge
SCOTUS is going to shove this down judge Jackson’s and the AFGE prez’s throat.
Dont believe the court has jurisdiction over this. Just some BS activist lib judge looking for 15 minutes of notoriety .
What does “democracy” mean to these miscreants?
A “landmark decision” by a trial judge? Is that even possible?
The judiciary needs amended rules of civil procedure so that all these Federal court decisions invalidating legitimate action by the Chief Executive can be immediately reviewed by the Supreme Court.
We’ll see how this goes on appeal... ;-)
Democracy = Mob rule, so yeah.
Didn’t realize how close we came to this:
“”Ketanji Onyika Brown Jackson is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. In 2016, she was reportedly interviewed as one of Barack Obama’s potential nominees for the Supreme Court vacancy created by the death of Antonin Scalia.””
AFGE does not even know we are a Constitutional Republic. It also appears to me deer in the headlights Sessions should be challenging all these liberal judges that now think they are legislators.
This drip apparently missed the decision by the Supremes stating that people could not be forced to join a union, nor to pay union dues to one they never joined, or to support a union’s political activities. I think Ms. Bigshot will be reversed by the Supremes, if it gets that far.
