I am old enough to remember being told to say "yes, ma'am", "no, ma'am", "yes, sir","no, sir".

Failure to do and I was in line for a beating.



It was called "being respectful to one's elders.

BTW, “ma’am” is condensed for "my lady" of which this harridan is certainly no lady.

To this day when talking to people I barely whether black, white, poor or rich know I say "ma'am" and "sir" .

Each person I meet are given the benefit of being treated with respect and will have my respect until they are proved unworthy of respectability.

I read the story as posted here on freerepublic and I do not see the teacher’s name. Did I miss it? If not, publish the teacher’s name. That teacher must be publicly shamed. Leftists are given way too much protection.
