If you buy it, that’s a different thing. It’s the name of his company and his brand, so I get it. I wouldn’t do it but I don’t have the ego. It’s still an ego move. I love President Trump and its his ego that has gotten him this far. So I get it.

I agree——my favorite building in the world is the Chrysler Building in NYC-—named for a businessman who built it,but buildings and bridges and highways and airports should NOT be named after politicians-—ever.IMHO.

If I were a Senator, I would introduce a counter-bill to name the Russell Building after President Trump, with the "TRUMP" marquee to be paid from Schumer's and McCain's income taxes.

Schumer is attempting to strip the Russell name off the Russell Building because Govenor/Senator Russell was a progressive FDR-style Democrat Governor of Georgia who smoked out disgraced Supreme Court Justice Abe Fortas early on, as a crook, a schemer, a no-goodnik, and a schnook (just like Schmuck Fumer).
Abe Fortas on behalf of himself and his wife, took payoffs from the 60s equivalent of Bernie Madoff. Fortas resigned from the Supreme Court on May 14, 1969. It would be nearly 25 years before another Jew would sit on the Supreme Court.
So for Schumer, it's personal.
And guess what Chuck, it's personal for Freepers. The GOP has this info now and hopefully they will derail this renaming.
