If Ducey wants to get re-elected in November, he’d better appoint a good conservative. His rival, Ken Bennett, told me last week he favors Andy Biggs as McCain’s replacement.

BTW, this seat won’t be up for election until 2020.

Thank you for that correction. If we *do* get a true conservative Senator from AZ, that is great news.

Yes, Andy Biggs (AZ-5) is a good guy. Pro-life, opposes gay marriage, opposes net neutrality, called for Mueller’s resignation three times, co-sponsored Rosenstein impeachment resolution, and supported right to try experimental drugs. And this is his first term in office.
