Yeah, I agree, he’s a great president, but he is very close to being consumed.

I have ceased paying attention to the media. It’s the same thing every day, over and over to the point of nausea.

There is no reason for me to watch or listen to this, unless I want anger instilled in me, and I do not want anger instilled in me.

It does feel like he is about to be consumed, but don’t believe the hype and hysteria. So far, he is winning..... bigly.

I would be willing to bet that less than 5% of Americans pay as much attention to the daily news cycle as FReepers do. Public opinion of the MSM is at an all-time low. One can safely assume that the ability of the MSM to influence the direction of the country is a mere fraction of what it used to be when they were much more respected and had a monopoly. The internet has also provided counter-coverage and an outlet for other points of view.

I come here and read a few articles sometimes and it feels like things are really bad for the President who is wrestling in a mud pit (sometimes of his own making), but despite losing a few here and there he wins far more than anyone should considering how stacked the deck is.
