Jason Chaffetz, former Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, appeared on Judge Janine Pirro’s show. During the interview, he explained to her why Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton appear to remain untouchable

This has been one of my problems with Chaffetz and other Congressmen. They are all bark and no bite. Whenever Chaffetz comes on TV I change the channel, quite frankly, and have done so since he was in Congress. If the DOJ refuses to arrest someone for ignoring a subpoena, the Sergeant-at-Arms is available to find and arrest people for Contempt. But, these elected officials are cowards and refuse to utilize their power.
