Not trying to pick a fight with the author, but referring to Chelsea’s children as “abortion survivors” is completely wrong. They didn’t survive abortion attempts, because no attempts were tried. There are true abortion survivors, and referring to Charlotte and Aiden this way makes light of what real abortion survivors have truly endured and overcome with great difficulty.
It also makes me think of the way that one camera hog kid from the Parkland massacre calls himself a survivor. He was an onlooker. Nobody shot him. He didn’t have to go to the hospital with wounds or anything. We need to stop calling people survivors when they really aren’t.
