How, exactly, is it "infamous"?
That meeting SHOULD be infamous, because Obama’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch gave Natalia Veselnitskaya a waiver to enter the United States and arrange that meeting.
Lynch did this in order to set up Donald Trump and his team, and in order to use this meeting as an excuse to get a warrant to spy on Team Trump. Lynch was obviously one of the coup plotters from the get go.
Of course the media will never report any of this.

Meetings with Russians to hear what they may have are not automstically illegal or “infamous”. There would be a problem only if the meeting was a conspiracy to get the Russians to obtain the information illegally.
