Defense lawyers never lie, right?
Well yea, he only killed some girl from Iowa and after all, Trump is separating families at the border.
So it’s OK. If he’s legal, we can just let him go.
/s of course
How about a source in Iowa?
Who’s his attorney? Lanny Davis?

He confessed and cooperated so life is the best we can hope for.

Depends on what you mean by ‘legally’. He might be a ‘dreamer’.

Immigration authorities say they have no record of granting admission into the United States to the man suspected of killing an Iowa college student.
A spokesman for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said Wednesday that a search of the agency’s records found nothing indicating that Cristhian Bahena Rivera “has any immigration status.”
The tone of the article is the poor misunderstood murderer is here legally and Trump was such a jerk for trying to poison the jury pool by waving the illegal alien flag.
On Faux News they are now saying that the farm has checked and found this Guy was working under anothers SS# and is not who he claims to be
Surprise surprise
Life in prison.............then we have the privilege of
taking care of his every need, for the rest of his life?????? PHFFT Get rid of him, one way or another.
I “see” the problem. The crime was committed in Montezuma, Iowa The illegal simply thought, owing to the Aztec name for the town, he was actually still in Mexico.
I want Shock and Awe bombs on Mexico City over this!
So says his attorney but HS says differently.
If the dairy farmer didn’t suspect his illegal status, then why try to verify it, huh? E-verify doesn’t point out illegal status, it only verifies the holder of the ID can read and say he’s the guy on it.
If he’s legal, then why (as I’ve read on FR) does he need an interpreter? If he’s legal, then why can’t the lawyer say for certain if he’s been here 4 or 7 years?
And why the msm tried to sweep the story under the rug yesterday.
Build the wall!
DHS says it has 'no record' for Mexican accused of killing Iowa college girl
His employer claims it verified him through E-verify, so who knows.
