I always wonder how these illegals manage to come across legal identities so readily, it never seems to occur in my life.

Then the real owner of the ID gets double the earnings and FICA and tax withholding reported in his name IF everything was on the up and up and run through a company payroll. We have to assume it was stolen OR PERHAPS USED WITH PERMISSION from another Mexican so the real owner is going to be that much ahead of the game when he retires. Allowing someone else to use the ID isn’t far fetched - happens all the time in that culture!
