Why did you tell your client that it was a crime and advise him to plead guilty? If Cohen, acting on advice of his attorney, pleads guilty to something that is not actually a crime and the Judge accepts the plea, does Cohen later have grounds to challenge his conviction based on judicial misconduct and/or inadequate counsel?
