This was money that Trump was going to pay regardless if he was running for President or not....Cohen is known as Trump’s “Fixer”.... Cohen can stand in a court room and plead that he was directed by Trump to pay for these Non-Disclosures but its Cohen’s conjecture that Trump ordered him to do so for the benefit of the Campaign.... because the campaign would otherwise be damaged...that’s nonsense when you consider all of the other things that came out like the Access Hollywood “Pu$$Y” grab comment. The President won’t be indicted...its a question if Mueller can recommend Impeachment for Trump’s role...this makes the Mid-terms a vital vital must-win for Trump
I think this is the point that needs to be made. That the payment would have been made irrespective of the campaign.
It's much more than that.
If the (D)'s win the house, not only will Trump be impeached, but they will effectively stop his agenda and that of MAGA.
It will be as if the Trump election was a minor 2 year attempt to stop the destruction of our country from within.
Whatever small progress has been made regarding exposing the illegal activities the (D)'s foisted upon the country in 2016 will be not only swept under the rug, the rug will be burned along with the room it's in.
Conservatives, (R)'s, "independents" and even America loving (D)'s who are non-socialist, non-Antifa, non-hate whitey better get out and vote to keep Republicans in power this fall. As crappy as Ryan and many in the House have been, it will be like stabbing our country in the back if the (D)'s control the House after this fall.
And for that reason, they need a grand jury and criminal court in a solid Hillary venue. Even then, such a case would be overturned eventually.
But Davis and company need talking points for the November election, and they hope for impeachment (which requires congress to vote, not a crime). I would think that voters would see through this, but the sockpuppet media will do its best to spin this for their side, whether or not it actually goes to court.
