There is no such category as “illegal immigrant.” The word “immigrant” means a foreigner legally in this country. (with a green card or visa). Our forefathers were immigrants because they were legally entered according to whatever immigration laws were in effect at the time.
The proper classification to use is is: “illegal alien.”
The media does not want to use the correct terminology just like they have stolen the word “gay.” It was once a good and well used word meaning joyful or happy- no longer.

Illegal alien is the correct term. Lefties want to call them immigrants so people will confuse the illegals with legal immigrants. They can then claim people who do not support illegals here are racist.
