My mistake:
He had been in country 4 to 7 years.
Earlier it was reported as 45.

4.5 seconds to take his head off with a machete. I'd guess the number is closer to 45 milliseconds. That would be Saudi-style. ISIS might be closer to 4.5 seconds.
