Rollo, I’m not a lawyer but was a paralegal for a criminal defense lawyer. If the defendant wasn’t pleading guilty and looking for a plea, much time would have been taken to destroy/question the points presented by the prosecution.
Oj had a defense and got off. It was quite the dog and pony show if I remember.
Also, If it was so slam dunk then why the hung jury on the remaining counts? Just saying.
