There are NO campaign contribution violations for a private citizen who enters into a Settlement Agreement during a campaign - per former FEC Commissioner on The Mark Levin Show weeks ago.

John Edwards was charged with campaign violations for the hush money paid to his baby-momma.

He was acquitted on one charge and had a mistrial on the others because they could not get solid evidence of the donations from wealthy people.

Of course, the DOJ did not raid John Edwards’ lawyer’s office either.

Levin was on Hannity tonight and stated that this is a case of Cohen pleading guilty to something that is not a crime. Paying off the two women in question is not a campaign contribution. But this isn’t about actually going to court, this is just about getting an indictment. The endgame is an impeachment vote in hopes of crippling PDJT through his first term and getting him voted out in 2020.

The dems are banking on there being a “breaking point” for his base and voters in general. I personally think it’s a risk. The MSM have been broadcasting his demise for over 2 years. I think it’s amazing what must be baked in at this point.
