From what I have read, they can vote, and have representation in the Parliament of South Africa.
Under a parliamentary system, they can work for reform, and look to the United Statea to implement Constructive Engagement 2.0.
I would expect that policy to work once again to bring about reform.
Well, depending on your age, you are going to have the luxury of testing how well your voice is heard as a white minority from the luxury of your very own living room. Assuming you still have one.
