That is one fun article, thanks for posting.
America was so much better when it was God we trusted instead of the Ship of Fools.

Brennan is not a very likeable person. IMHO.

Until those criminals are prosecuted, found guilty, and put in prison for a long, LONG time, there will be no prevention of these kind of criminal actions within our government !
Punish them by fining and confiscating every asset they have, and then sentence them to LIFE WITH NO PAROLE in prison, and to hard labor for all of their natural born lives !

Well, he’ll be the idiot the triggered the mass purge of security clearances.
“I lost my clearance because of... Brennan”
“If Brennan just STFU, I’d still have my clearance”
“Damn that bastard, Brennan. I lost my #ing clearance”
“WTF was that idiot thinking? No thanks to Brennan, I lost my clearance”

You know why you got Trump? Because Donald Trump, with all his quirks, is exponentially more competent, capable, and trustworthy when it comes to running this country for the benefit of Normal Americans than the sorry collection of Ivy League-credentialed dimwits, progressive poohbahs, and Fredocon enablers that masquerades as Americas elite. Now that's a quotable quote.

I can understand needing a security clearance to discuss a national security situation, but wouldn't a former CIA agent be able to answer questions, hypothetical or not, from a current CIA agent or official about their thoughts/opinions without having to be read in? Assuming, of course, that the former agent is reliably a patriot and not a Deep State lackey.

No. Anyone with a clearance discussing classified topics with someone not holding a clearance is breaking the law.
