First Clapper, now Mullen.
And now Clapper is apparently embarrassed about Brennan’s rhetoric.
Clapper, of course, the proven liar about spying on Americans.
Mullen will always have to carry the burdensome image of having been a long-standing servant of barack obama, so he would be well-advised to lay low and enjoy the fruits of his own security clearance, which is no doubt paying him handsomely. Clearances are discretionary, a privilege and not a right; having one invests one in the unspoken agreement to remain circumspect and avoid trashing the ultimate arbiter of their clearance.
