Each instance of an classified communications disclosure is a stand-alone charge with prison sentencing attached. Ignorance is no defence. You’re in possession outside of a SCIF or secure system, you’re guilty. That simple. Doesn’t matter what or why. No extenuating or mitigating circumstances are admissible in the trial. You’re guilty.
