I disagree about two out of three points.
Omarosa is quite skilled and poised speaking in front of groups, cameras and high ranking people. She does not become intimidated very easily. That is an innate feature of this person, sort of like some folks are not afraid of great heights. They just aren’t. She has the skills to go into politics herself, without changing much of anything she does. She could have gone far, like her or not.

Think of other high maintenance divas like Sheila Jackson Lee, or Michelle Obama, for that matter. You many not like their message, but they are strong, even compelling personalities who make people pay attention.
Alas, as you have stated, Omarosa has proven that above all else, she is an incredibly disloyal person, who compulsively creates drama and tries to turn people against each other. She cannot be trusted anywhere on any job due to this feature. I suspect a year or two from now, when the royalties for her book have slowed to a trickle, Omarosa will be kicking herself for not accepting that incredibly good job prospect dangled before her nose by Eric Trump’s wife, Lara.

It would not surprise me if, after Donald Trump leaves the White House, Lara Trump ran for office. She’s already a part of the family system.

“Omarosa is quite skilled and poised speaking in front of groups, cameras and high ranking people.”

I wouldn’t classify that a skill. Its more of an oratorical flair. Obama had the same thing. He could confidently stand before any audience and smooze and lie to people with no compunctions or concerns about the truth. His oratory was useful in the political arena where spouting useless nonsense, diatribes and accusations can win over gullible audiences with deeply ingrained biases, but in the end he was was a demonstrable light weight devoid of any substantial or lasting accomplishments.

Same thing with Omarosa; she has no real legacy of tangible accomplishments that anyone is aware of. She was just a “personality” like the equally talentless Kim Kardashian. Yes, you can make the argument that people endowed with “stage presence” are compelling personalities who make people pay attention, but basically they are just actors playing a role.

I see ‘skill’ as acquired expertise in doing something or producing something of value and ‘talent’ as developed aptitude in a particular field or activity. She has acquired neither in my opinion. But we can agree to disagree.

Trust is trust. It needs no explanation. I think we can both readily agree on that.
