There is a shortage of people wanting to code all day.....which is what I do.

As I said..."you'll just have to pay them a little more".Ed Norton believed that he was paid enough to work in the sewers,otherwise he wouldn't have done it.

Of course this is assuming that you're old enough to know who Ed Norton was. ;-)

It’s not a skill that everyone can do for very long. They either can’t keep up or they finally just refuse to learn anything new. My college GF convinced me to learn to code and she only lasted 10 years in it. She went into IT management and became permanently unemployed 3 years ago. IT managers are a dime a dozen.

Even the H1B’s are looking to go into management.
