We have closer to 7000 IT people. And that's correct, we have right at 1.5% attrition.

We offer exceptional family-first flexibility, great work environments, and competitive pay and benefits. For the past 20 years, we've delivered continual growth (except for 2008-2010) largely due to greater field automation, eCommerce and acquisitions.

We've publicly supported employee's personal pro-American stances (in a very front page way) and are a non-union shop.
