Exactly. The military intel community is separate from the others and is far more powerful in capability and its scope.
That’s just it. They won’t release anything to anybody without a super duper double secret clearance! Even the POTUS can be blocked. For in doing so, releasing intel to the wrong people, their methods would be compromised, and the enemy would move quickly to shut it off.
They are a really secretive bunch...................
