To: Governor Dinwiddie
Seems like a mob job to expidite the sub's removal, and clear the way for the construction project.

Now they have to raise the sub. This will probably delay the project, not expedite it.

The really bad news is that now divers have to go down into the Hackensack. I don't envy them the job.

As I recall, they've been trying to move this sub for a very long time, but because it's stuck in mud, it would be a very expensive project. My feeling is that the developers want it cut apart and hauled away or sold as scrap.
